Private Yoga- to work on your personal practice or specific issue you are having in group classes. Or simply a private yoga class especially for you
Yoga Video Sequence- 30 minute session one on one. Within 7 days your personal sequence is recorded to video by the instructor and delivered to you.
Yoga for Pain- For people with persistent pain. A structured way to reset, recharge and renew.
